Equine Myo-Manipulative Functional Therapist & Craniosacral Therapist

Hello everyone! I want to thank you for visiting my website!

A little about me, I was raised in Syracuse, Utah for most of my life. I went to Utah State University to obtain my degree in Veterinary Science. Going in I started my college career to be a large and exotic animal veterinarian. But as I continued my education I found that I instead wanted to be more involved with the care and maintenance of horses. I switched my degree to Equine Science and Management as well as I became certified as an Equine Myo-Manipulative Functional Therapist and Craniosacral Therapist. Fast forward to now, I'm loving every second of my job! I get to help my clients feel better with out the fear that tends to come with a veterinarian.

Why Naturopathy

Why Massage Therapy?

It can help with

Circulation / Digestion

Massage improves blood circulation, which in turn helps heal wounds quicker. As well as boosts digestion.

Pain Relief

Endorphins, which are the body's natural pain killers, are released during a massage. This in turn can help relax and provide some comfort relief.

Detoxification

Special massage techniques help move any built up toxins in the connective tissue be metabolized and thus flushed out of their system. Whether that be via urination or defecation.

Locomotor Function

Helps release bound connective tissue, otherwise known as fascia. This is a "knot" in the muscle. This allows for better locomotor movement, such as lateral bending, stretching, and flexion.

Scar Tissue

With the help of special tools and techniques scar tissue can be reduced.

Stress

Massage can visibly reduce the stress in a horse. Most commonly observed when the horse drops their head, get a droopy lip, chew, and even yawn.

Testimonials

She did such an amazing job with both, providing them with such a relaxing environment for their first massage experiences. I highly recommend her and will continue utilizing her in the future.
